Paul Upfield and Associates Ltd Chartered Surveyors is a small property consultancy, based in Northamptonshire. The Company undertakes a variety of surveying, property design and architectural work and has operated in many sectors of the construction and shopfitting industry, e.g. residential, retail, commercial and agricultural.
Following the award of his Charter and being elected as a Professional Associate of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in September 1994, Paul Upfield ran a small private practice. Due to an ever increasing commercial and private Client base and workload, he formed the Limited Company in May 2001.
From its central location, the Company has successfully completed numerous projects
for national retailers and commercial clients throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.

Despite working nationally, the Company has many private clients who are locally based. In particular we have a wealth of experience working in the Midland counties. Recent projects include barn conversions in Oxfordshire and Warwickshire, construction of a new dwelling and residential extension schemes in Northamptonshire and a farm diversification project in Buckingham.
Whilst aiming to be commercially competitive, the Company offers a professional and personal service and always aims to add value to land/property/buildings for the benefit of its Clients.
